I take a functional, root-cause approach to nutrition. That means instead of focusing on one symptom or one lab value, I look at patterns over time and how different pieces of your health connect.
I use evidence-based nutrition guidance, lifestyle support, and functional lab testing when appropriate to help identify what may be contributing to how you feel. From there, we build a personalized plan that evolves as your body responds. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here, and no expectation of perfection.
I believe meaningful change happens when you feel heard, supported, and involved in the process. My role is to guide you, help you understand what’s happening in your body, and offer clear, thoughtful recommendations so you can move forward with confidence.
